After working in IT consultancy and marketing roles, Onno began to notice a pattern. Most agencies focused on traffic first. More ads. More clicks. More impressions. But very few stopped to ask a simple question: what happens after someone lands on the website?

It felt like trying to fill a bucket without checking for holes. You can keep pouring water in, but if the foundation is cracked, it will never hold. The same applies to marketing. Why scale traffic if tracking is unclear, follow-up is inconsistent, or the offer isn’t properly positioned?
